As a certified restaurant, you will contract with your hauler and vow to compost all food waste, wet paper towels, and wet cardboard; promise as a restaurant or retail business to NEVER use or provide Styrofoam (polystyrene) service containers; and need to attend at least half of the GHP meetings yearly.
